Our Process

How to recruit top nurses and allied health professionals

STEP 1: Pre-Screen

Our recruiters screen potential candidates over the telephone. We determine whether the inquiring nurse or allied health professional meets our minimum requirements for consideration of employment.

STEP 2: Application

If the candidate meets our requirements, he then completes a detailed application.

STEP 3: Interview

Next, the candidate meets a recruiter for a face-to-face initial interview. We use behavior-based questions to determine the candidate’s work history and clinical expertise. Then, our Clinical Manager conducts a more in-depth personal interview.

STEP 4: Testing & Verification

All candidates must undergo:

  • Credential and Professional Reference Verification
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Competency Testing
  • Skills Inventory
  • Physical Exam / Health Clearance
  • Provide current PPD / Chest x-ray
  • Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check
  • Completion of JCAHO and OSHA Compliance
STEP 5: Orientation & Evaluation

Once hired, all employees participate in an orientation program and are evaluated annually.
