If the candidate meets our requirements, he then completes a detailed application.
Next, the candidate meets a recruiter for a face-to-face initial interview. We use behavior-based questions to determine the candidate’s work history and clinical expertise. Then, our Clinical Manager conducts a more in-depth personal interview.
