ConTemporary Healthcare's Private Duty division provides the highest quality of care for your loved ones by supplementing hospital staff with private care providers.  We can be there 24/7 or just to assist during certain hours that you can not be there. 

Here's how it works:

When you, or a loved one, is being cared for in a hospital, it is impossible to ensure one-on-one care. Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) are available to supplement the hospital staff and offer immediate, bedside attention to ensure continuous care. We can be there when you just want an extra set of eyes on your loved one or want to make sure that there is assistance standing by immediately.  You select the exact hours for Private Duty Care, and care can be cancelled within two hours of notice.

When does Private Duty Care make sense?

  • When extra family support is needed.
    Families often feel the need to personally assist loved ones. This can be exhausting and time consuming - a Private Duty care giver can lend a hand and a needed rest.
  • When overnight stays are not an option.
    Family members often wish to stay overnight, however for extended hospitalizations this may not be practical - a Private Duty care giver can relieve you for short or long periods.
  • When an objective liaison can help improve care.
    A Private Duty care giver can act as a liaison between your family and hospital staff enhancing the quality of care.
