Friendship Network Referral Bonus for RNs and Allied Privileged providers
At ConTemporary Healthcare Solutions, we are always on the lookout for high-quality candidates! Not only do you get a bonus for referring an RN friend, but when they refer their RN friends you both get a bonus. It's a very friendly bonus!
You get $150 for referring your RN friends - Tier I
You get $75 when your friends refer their RN friends - Tier II
You get $25 when your friends' friends refer their RN friends -Tier III
We also bonus you for LPN Referrals at $50 and Nursing Assistant or Allied Tech Referrals at $25

Do you have a referral who you think would be great with our company but don't see a position right for them? We always have new job opportunities, so even if we do not have a current listing that matches their criteria, we may be able to find a position at a later time.
Terms and Conditions for our Referral Bonus Program.
Referral bonus amounts may differ based on individual job postings.
- Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, ConTemporary Healthcare Solutions will honor the first referring party only.
- A person will be paid only one referral bonus per candidate referred to ConTemporary Healthcare Solutions. However, there is no limit on the number of candidates a person can refer.
- Temporary referrals must work a minimum of 40 hours within 60 days of hire to qualify for the referral bonus based on individual postings.
- Individual referrals are unlimited. You may submit as many referrals as you like.
ConTemporary Healthcare Solutions reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this plan at anytime.
