Your eligibility for employee benefits will depend on the average hours per week that you work in a benefit month. ConTemporary Healthcare Solutions offers four benefit levels:
- Platinum Status: Full-time clinicians who average 36 hours or more a week and are expected to continue to maintain this average.
- Gold Status: Clinicians who average 30-35 hours or more a week and are expected to continue to maintain this average.
- Silver Status: Part-time clinicians who average 20 to 29 hours or more per week and are expected to continue to maintain this average.
- Bronze Status: Part-time employees who work less than 20 hours a week.
