Clinicians who average 20 hours per week in a month qualify for benefits. (We take the total paid hours for the month and divide that by the number of Fridays to get the average).  You must enroll when you qualify, otherwise you will not be eligible again until you have worked 3 consecutive months or until open enrollment.  If you leave ConTemporary and return you can not qualify again until you have worked 3 consecutive months.
